With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

  • DEC in industrial engineering, manufacturing production, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in team management
  • A good understanding of manufacturing management practices (Lean manufacturing, Kanban, Kaizen, TPS, 5S)
  • Good ability to master computer tools such as Office Suite and ERP software (such as SAP)
