AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Logistics / Traffic Marshall Specialist for a major airport infrastructure project in Toronto. The role focuses on acquisition, warehousing and delivery of parts, equipment and services, while coordinating freight forwarders and logistics bids across the project lifecycle.

We seek candidates with at least 6 years in logistics, strong planning and stakeholder engagement skills, and a track record across design to operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a relevant logistics role such as interface coordination, material delivery, traffic management, or laydown area coordination.
• Strong technical capability across project phases: design, planning, construction, operations and maintenance, preferably large programs.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication to facilitate workshops with large groups.

• Coordinate freight forwarders; prepare bids and evaluate quotations for logistics services.
• Maintain logistics documentation, reports and client approval packages for awards and negotiations.
• Support invoicing review, dispute resolution and performance monitoring of shippers and forwarders.
