Qualifications

  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess a valid unrestricted Class 4 BC driver's license and a clean commercial drivers abstract from within the last 30 days.
  • Minimum 24 months verifiable professional driving experience as a commercial vehicle driver, within the last 3 years.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure blood products are transported safely and at the correct temperature.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and complete required documentation.
  • Assist collection team by greeting and helping donors.
  • Set up systems and Wi-Fi connections for mobile events.
  • Work with staff to carry, set up, and dismantle equipment.
