  • Manage daily activity within retailer transportation portals (Amazon Carrier/Vendor Central, SPS Commerce, etc.)
  • Create, update, and monitor shipments, ASNs, routing requests, and transportation bookings
  • Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and shipping requirements
  • Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Track delivery appointments and follow up on late or missing confirmations
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, documents, and invoices
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and general logistics administration
  • Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Retail Operations is preferred
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Carrier Central, SPS Commerce, or similar portals (required or strong asset)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office software
