  • Build and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive business expansion
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages
  • Negotiate competitive rates across multiple transportation modes (Air, Ocean, Rail, Road)
  • Monitor and manage shipment tracking, tracing, and appointment scheduling
  • Collaborate closely with customers, carriers, internal teams, and third-party providers to ensure seamless execution
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support operational continuity
