Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED/CAEC) required.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently stack sheets of steel into logs for packaging.
• Manually align and organize metal sheets to ensure proper stacking according to client specifications.
• Secure bundles using appropriate banding materials as required.
• Label and tag packaged products per client specifications and internal procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure the correct type, size, and quantity of steel sheets are packed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper use of PPE.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified) to transport materials.
• Communicate with Team Lead and/or Shift Manager to report issues, delays, or quality concerns.
• Complete relevant documentation or checklists accurately and in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
