COMPENSATION

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 35% - 43% of collections and higher (depending on experience).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• DDS/DMD/BDS from an accredited program OR NDEB equivalency
• Licensed or in process of registering with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)
• Open to candidates currently licensed in other Canadian provinces
• Experience practicing in Canada is an asset
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
