Gordon Food Service - Canada is seeking a Delivery/Sales Service Associate to ensure safe, timely deliveries and outstanding customer service. You will liaise between management and customers, handle payments, and maintain equipment with attention to detail.

The role requires adherence to safety rules, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Training will cover sales service duties by day 90, vehicle inspections, and proper paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class 5 License and comply with safety regulations.
• Maintain professional appearance while on duty and in uniform.
• Be punctual, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, accurate, timely, and efficient deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Accurately collect customer payments and safeguard funds.
• Perform sales service duties by the 90th day of employment.
• Maintain equipment, monitor reefer temps, report issues promptly.
• Complete daily check-ins accurately and on time.
• Communicate customer concerns with management and sales.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and manage paperwork.
