NOCA Canadian Seafood Buyer Inc. (Suncoast Seafood) is seeking Lobster Processors for seasonal roles at 87 Chemin du Quai, Grande-Digue, NB. Positions pay $17.00 to $19.25 per hour, with 30 to 65 hours per week and overtime indicated.

Responsibilities include cutting, cleaning, trimming lobsters, weighing, packaging, and recording production data in a noisy, cold, and wet environment. These roles require physical stamina and attention to detail.

• Check lobster sections to determine optimal number and size of sections.
• Cut sections to specification and place in containers for weighing.
• Check products and packaging for defects and conformance to company standards.
• Disjoint and remove meat from lobsters and other crustaceans for canning or further processing.
• Record production information.
• Set up and operate machines to can, bag, box, or package seafood products.
• Clean and maintain the workspace.
