Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co is seeking outgoing Brand Ambassadors for food sampling in Ottawa. Part-time roles promote products, share samples, and engage shoppers on weekends with set shifts and on-site booth setup.

Experience in customer service or sales is preferred, plus Food Handlers certification. A Smart Serve liquor cert is a plus; the role requires standing ~6 hours and nightly reporting via a device with internet access.

Qualifications

Brand Ambassador – Food Sampling

Product Demonstrator

Are you outgoing and enthusiastic about interacting with people? If promoting the best brands to today’s shoppers sounds appealing, a position as a Brand Ambassador with us, is the place for you! We are looking for part time Product Demonstrators who will promote products, share samples and provide information to consumers.

Schedule

• Availability: Thursday-SundayThursdays & Fridays (1pm-7pm)Saturday’s & Sunday’s (11am to 5pm)
• Training: to be provided prior to your first day in field

*Working with ongoing business (will have casual shifts through the year, schedule provided in advance)*

Wage

• $21/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Are available most weekends and have Thu-Sun availability.
• Are comfortable working independently
• Love to interact with customers (If you’re very shy, this may not be the job for you)
• Think you have what it takes to have an impact on consumers purchase decisions
• Are confident in your ability to meet sampling targets

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging
• Ability to stand for the length of your shift (approximately 6 hours)
• Ability to set up and disassemble your sampling booth (all items are stored on location)
• Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet to complete your nightly reporting
• Access to a vehicle is an asset
• Liquor certification is an asset (Smart Serve)
• Must have Food Handlers certification
