What You’ll Do
Job Description Summary:

The primary focus of the Loan Processing Specialist will be to convert all contracts and positive endorsements, perform premium verification when required while ensuring that established service level agreements are maintained. They will also be responsible for written/verbal client communication when necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process all contracts and positive endorsements within established service guidelines.
  • Conduct appropriate follow up with brokers via outbound calling and email to confirm information when required.
  • Coordinate with Inside Sales team regarding any relationship issues with our Brokers
  • Provide support and act as back up for the Client Service Specialists, taking inbound calls when volumes dictate
  • Other job related duties as assigned

  • Display strong attention to detail, organized and have good abstract reasoning skills
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Be self motivated and proactive
  • Possess an energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work and a desire to go the extra mile in client service
  • Be a strong team player, able to build relationships with team members and internal and external clients
  • Display strong attention to detail, organized and have good abstract reasoning skills
  • Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards change and the ability to adapt to new situations
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and MS Word
Training/ Education/ Experience Qualifications
  • College Diploma and/or 1-3 years work experience in the financial services industry ideally within the Insurance Industry.
  • Must be fluent in English written/verbal communication
Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $21.54 - $28.21, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
