IAA Holdings, LLC is seeking a Loader Operator to safely move vehicles and equipment within our facilities and prepare assets for auction. The role emphasizes safety, quick operation, and customer-facing interactions.

Ideal candidates include those with forklift or front-end loader experience and a background in automotive or collision repair. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Ontario facilities, with outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Competenze

• Valid driver''s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to meet physical demands.
• Experience with forklifts or front-end loaders preferred.
• Automotive or collision repair knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Operate a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loaders.
• Manage lot inventory of vehicles and parts.
• Document vehicle information and prepare for sale (e.g., shrink wrapping, steam cleaning).
• Assist visitors and provide guidance.
• Maintain safety and report violations.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
