Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing Canada, Inc. is seeking an LMIS Assistant in Ottawa for a full-time role.

The position focuses on maintaining the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), supporting day-to-day IT needs in a laboratory setting, and collaborating with IT and lab teams to ensure smooth operations. The Laboratory IT Support Technician is responsible for maintaining the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) configuration and supporting day-to-day laboratory IT needs. This role includes, but is not limited to, creating analytical packages, custom test lists, and updating regulatory guidelines within LIMS. The position also provides technical assistance to employees, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, and supports special IT projects to ensure smooth laboratory operations.

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or a related field
