Job summary

A community services organization in Toronto is looking for a dedicated Youth Worker for their Redwood Program. This full-time position involves providing direct client care, promoting a safe environment, and working closely with at-risk youth. Qualifications

  • At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in a live-in setting.
  • Sensitivity to and ability to work with a diverse client and staff group.
  • Ability to exercise professionalism and sound judgement in stressful situations.

  • Promote a safe therapeutic environment for clients.
  • Provide direct client care and supervision.
