Position

Cogir Real Estate is seeking a Live-In Superintendent – Maintenancemember to join our multi-residential building complex located at 170 & 174-178 Grove Street East, Barrie. The position(s) will include the following:

• Live in position with a Rent-Free Apartment
• Compensation:$25,000
• On-the-job Training
• Cell phone andparking provided

Responsibilities

• Administrative office duties;
• Show vacant apartments to prospective residents;
• Leasing experience
• Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors;
• Prepare apartments for new residents;
• Completing Move In and Move Out Inspections;
• Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance;
• Other grounds maintenance;
• Addressing resident concerns effectively and promptly;
• Always maintaining positive safety and security;
• Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies;
• Maintain fire safety and winter logs;
• Follow an "on call" schedule;
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Essential Skills

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-call)
