Role Description

This is a full-time, live-in Superintendent position located on-site in Belleville, ON. The Superintendent will be responsible for the overall maintenance, cleanliness, and day-to-day operations of the assigned property. Duties include supervising maintenance activities, addressing tenant concerns, ensuring the security of the property, and monitoring compliance with property regulations. The role involves timely handling of emergencies, maintaining building systems, and collaborating with staff and contractors to ensure optimal functionality and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience in property management, building maintenance, and tenant relations
  • Skills in basic electrical, plumbing, repairs, and general building upkeep tasks
