Qualifications
- High School diploma or at least three (3) years of experience in cleaning.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, e‑mail/web) are required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, push and pull, and go up and down stairs.
Responsibilities

- Assist in unit cleaning after tenant move‑out.
- Perform outdoor seasonal cleaning tasks.
