What are we looking for?

Certified PSWs willing to work weekends (Saturday – Monday) who demonstrate compassion, critical thinking, and a desire to provide our clients with the highest quality care possible.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation to clients with various conditions
• Advocate for clients’ needs
• Monitor and report any changes to the client’s condition
• Assist clients with ADLs including meal preparation, personal care, bathing, and safe transfers
• Ensure the privacy and dignity of clients while providing care
• Create moments of joy for clients during your care
• Provide care to the client during the day (with adequate breaks)
• Live in the client’s home (meal and boarding provided by the client)

Attendance expectations:

• Available to work weekends: Saturday 7:30 am – Monday 7:30 am
• Must be available to work on weekends (every weekend or alternate weekends)

Required qualifications:

• PSW certificate from a government‑funded or NACC‑accredited college
• RPN or RN students with minimum placement experience

Job type: Part‑time, Casual

Salary: $250 per day
