Job summary

GMR Real Estate is seeking a live-in Concierge to join our on-site team at a residential property in Saint-Léonard, Montréal. You will maintain a welcoming, safe, and well-kept environment and respond to tenant requests.

In this full-time role, you will perform maintenance, inspections, and coordinate with Property Managers to keep operations running smoothly. French and English communication is required, and on-site residence is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance or repairs.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, capable of working independently.
• Excellent tenant service and communication skills.
• Comfort with mobile apps to manage requests; Building Stack is a plus.
• Fluent in French; functional English; able to respond after-hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests via Building Stack.
• Coordinate access for inspections, move-ins, and after-hours emergencies.
