Job summary

Ummad in Ancaster, Ontario requires a home childcare provider to care for children on-site in the family home. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal prep, bathing and dressing children, and guiding their hygiene and social development.

CPR and First Aid certificates are desired. Positions start as early as 2026-11-01 with live-in accommodations possible and room-and-board provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in home childcare and light household duties.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
• On-site work at the employer’s home in Ancaster, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Wash, iron and press clothing and linens.
• Bathe, dress and feed infants and children.
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
• Organize activities and supervise play and outings.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and supervise homework.
• Take children to school and appointments and ensure safety.
