Job summary

A leading ticketing services provider is seeking an Event Management Specialist in Winnipeg, Canada. You will support clients by managing event details and inputting data accurately into the Ticketmaster system. The ideal candidate must have some experience in event management, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. A flexible schedule is also required, including some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field experience.
• Service-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with excellent data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Ticketmaster clients in all event management needs.
• Accurately input event data and resolve event related errors.
• Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients.
