YOUR ROLE

As Litigation Legal Assistant, you will support the Managing Partner in his practice.

Your main responsibilities will include
  • Preparing the usual litigation legal proceedings;
  • Managing litigation delays: calculating and recording them in the agenda;
  • Rigorously follow up files with Lawyers to whom files are sometimes delegated;
  • Prepare documentation for internal meetings and management committees, both in Quebec and with Canadian stakeholders.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Significant experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant;
  • High drafting standards;
  • Ability to produce superior formatted documents in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong organisational and priority-management skills;
  • Outstanding team spirit and interpersonal skills;
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and confidentiality.
