Job summary

La Vie en Rose Canada is seeking a part-time sales associate to join a diverse, supportive team that celebrates feel-good femininity through lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear.

Under supervision, you’ll assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a memorable shopping experience. This permanent, part-time role offers flexible hours, pay of 17.60–18.10 CAD hourly, and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned company with strong community ties.

Qualifications

• You have previous sales experience;
• You love clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (like lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear);
• You listen to customers' needs to provide exceptional customer service;
• You're proactive and conscientious;
• You're open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods (depending on your availability);
• You're looking for a career that constantly offers new challenges;
• You are functionally bilingual (an asset).

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every customer who comes into the store.
• Help them find everything they're looking for - answer questions, explain products and suggest others.
• Be available when customers are in fitting rooms.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Prepare and place products on the sales floor to enhance shopping experience.
• Keep store and backstore clean and organized.
• Identify new products and share top picks with customers.
• Escort customers to cash register and process transactions.
• Follow head office policies and procedures and participate in team duties.
