Job Summary

Join our team and make waves in the world of water! Our growing team is seeking a Linear Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design of small to medium-sized water / wastewater projects in the Greater Toronto Area to work out of one of our Ontario offices Ottawa Whitby North York Toronto or Hamilton.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide design services for water and wastewater infrastructure projects including open-cut trenchless and rehabilitation projects including engineering drawings engineering reports presentations and required applications to regulatory and / or funding agencies.

Support project managers and work with the project design team to deliver projects (Environmental Assessment Reports Studies and Detailed Design) to meet client requirements.

Provide services during construction that can include submittal reviews responses to requests for information and contract document clarifications.

Train and mentor junior team members. Lead by example to promote a high-performance team culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in a Civil engineering program.

Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario ()

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in water and wastewater design of linear infrastructure within existing rights-of-way.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D to mentor designers.

Engineering support during construction and Contract administration experience is considered an asset.
