Job summary

WSP in Canada, a leading engineering and advisory firm, is seeking a Senior BIM/CAD Specialist to join its Rail & Transit team in Ontario. You’ll apply your expertise to digital project delivery for complex rail programs, collaborating with Chief Engineers, Systems Specialists, and BIM professionals to advance standards and execution.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in ProjectWise, ACC, Civil 3D, and BIM tools.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards and quality assurance guidelines.
• Experience supporting national or regional BIM standards.
• Ability to manage senior CAD/BIM staff across multiple offices in a matrix environment.
• Passion for BIM technologies and promoting adoption across teams.
• Experience with design automation; scripting in Dynamo/Python is an asset.
• Strong leadership and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,400 – $102,500

MB & ON: $70,600 – $97,200

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $69,900 – $92,900
