Electronic Arts is seeking a Line Producer for EA SPORTS FC in Canada. You will direct and lead a team responsible for delivering a pillar within the FC product, shaping mode-level and ecosystem strategy in partnership with the Game Design Director.

You will report to a Production Director and collaborate with licensing, brand, legal, and other central teams to ensure end-to-end success. You should bring 10+ years in game production, a track record managing large teams, and a passion for

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in game production roles.
• Track record leading 30+ person teams.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making, planning and road mapping.
• AAA development experience in one or more genres listed (FPS/RPG/Open world/Co-op PvE).
• Bonus: you are a football (soccer) fan, or a sports fan in general.

Responsabilités

• Construct the vision and drive roadmaps for a game mode within EA SPORTS FC.
• Use insights to establish opportunities and goals and spur creativity across the game mode.
• Partner with licensing, brand, legal, and central teams to determine end-to-end requirements.
• Collaborate with product management, art, design, and engineering leads to deliver on expectations.
• Establish new or improve processes, enable the program schedule and milestones deliverables.
• Set OKRs for the team aligned with organizational franchise KR}s.
