Job summary

Pursuit Collection Jasper, AB is seeking a Line Cook for a full-time seasonal role (Spring/Summer 2026) in Jasper, Alberta. You will prepare and cook menu items, maintain kitchen cleanliness, stock ingredients, and cooperate with the sous and head chefs to deliver hospitality excellence.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, prior cooking experience, good organization, and Food Safe is an asset. Starting wage is $21.00 per hour, with benefits across a vibrant guest-focused operation.

Responsibilities

• Daily maintenance, organization and cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment and storage facilities.
• Washing, peeling and cutting vegetables.
• Cleaning and cutting meats, fish and poultry.
• Preparing, seasoning and cooking foods such as soups, salads, meats, fish, gravies, vegetables, desserts, sauces and casseroles.
• Preparation of meals in accordance with recipes and health codes.
• Carving meats, portions and garnishes.
• Stocking and maintenance of product levels as directed by the sous chef and head chef.
• Dishwashing and garbage/recycling duties as required.
• Communicating with co-workers and management in a timely fashion.
• Upholding environmental stewardship standards.
• Ensuring a safe work environment.
• Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties as assigned.
