Job summary

CSols Canada is seeking a detail-oriented SampleManager LIMS Configuration and Development specialist (Junior to Mid-Level) with business analysis experience. You will bridge lab operations and technology, gathering requirements and configuring SampleManager LIMS using C#, VGL, and related tools.

You will collaborate with clients, integrate systems, and deliver robust informatics solutions. The role emphasizes client training, remote work from Canada with autonomy, and potential limited travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of laboratory informatics, lab automation, or LIMS administration.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Thermo Fisher SampleManager LIMS configuration and administration.
• Programming with C#/.NET, VGL, and SQL for developer-level tasks; SampleManager LES and Sweeper, or Integration Manager to integrate information systems and lab instruments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client laboratory and business teams to capture and document user requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional SampleManager LIMS configurations and workflows.
• Build and customize SampleManager features using Explorer folders, forms, C#, and VGL; develop reports and labels.
• Deliver user training and provide troubleshooting support to client teams.
