Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in an Engineering role within maintenance or operations.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis and troubleshooting.
• Industry background in manufacturing related to mining or cement plants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify production bottlenecks and develop action plans.
• Conduct daily handoff meetings with operators and team leaders.
• Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and quality.
