BRIGHTER STAFFING AGENCY is actively seeking a dependable Light Duty Cleaner to join our Vancouver team. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with competitive pay and benefits, and requires the ability to work independently to maintain high cleanliness standards across guest areas and back-of-house spaces.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, and flexible for evenings or weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required or asset.
• Cleanliness and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and stay fit.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors.
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and draperies.
• Make beds, change sheets and distribute towels and toiletries.
• Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies.
• Stock linen closets and other supplies areas.
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers and elevators.
• Disinfect operating rooms and other hospital areas.
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
• Report and store lost and found items.
• May provide basic information on facilities and handle complaints.

Qualifications:
