Job summary

Compass-Group is seeking a Light Duty Cleaner to perform general custodial tasks in designated areas of a building. The role includes dusting, mopping, cleaning washrooms, spot cleaning, emptying trash, and vacuuming carpets.

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will restock dispensers, conduct periodic equipment checks, and follow all health and safety policies. Excellent communication and a team-oriented attitude are important for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Must be reliable, motivated, enthusiastic and a team player, willing to assist as needed.
• Must be able to use cleaning equipment (ie. I-mop, vacuum).
• Physically able to carry out duties of the position.
