Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is hiring a Light Duty Cleaner to help maintain a clean and inviting space for guests and crew in Summerside. You’ll help keep dining areas and washrooms spotless, and support a fast-paced service environment.

Light Duty Cleaner

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.25

The position includes the following duties:

Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and washrooms.

Clean windows and walkways

Sweep and mop floors in dining room, service area and backroom.

The job

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment for guests, coworkers, and yourself, leveraging your knowledge of safety regulations and equipment.
  • Multi-tasking in between troubleshooting, tending to store areas and appliances during your shift, and repairing décor and equipment, whether it’s during the day or throughout the night.
  • Managing priorities, staying organized, and keeping on top of the various tasks with limited supervision.
