Job summary

GDI Services (Canada) LP in St. Anthony, NL is seeking a part-time janitor to clean floors, washrooms, and common areas after business hours.

You will empty bins, restock supplies, dust and wipe surfaces, and support a safe, clean facility. A criminal background check is required.

General Description

A janitor is generally responsible for the cleaning of all hard floor surfaces and carpets, washrooms, common areas, offices, and the collection and removal of garbage from drop points to a garbage bin. Other responsibilities could be included.

Schedule

Monday to Friday – Part Time - 1.5 hours a day after the bank closes

Responsibilities

• Clean floors (mopping, sweeping)
• Daily cleaning of washrooms, offices, lockers rooms and lunchrooms
• Empties and cleans garbage cans
• Spot cleans walls, partitions, light switches, and doors
• Restocks single unit dispensers containing soap, towels, toilet tissue and sanitary napkins
• Dusts and damp wipes office equipment
• Additional duties may be required from time to time.
