As a Lifestyle Consultant at Massage Heights, you’ll use your exceptional communication skills and massage education to help each guest identify their personal wellness goals and recommend the Massage Package or Membership that best supports their needs.

Responsibilities

• Strong phone communication skills — both incoming and outgoing calls
• Proficient computer skills for accurate scheduling and invoicingA commitment to excellence in customer service at every interaction
