Under the direction of the Mental Health & Addictions Residential and Recovery Team Leader, the Lifeskills Support Worker provides assistance for individuals with serious mental illness in a residential setting to effectively enter and participate in rehabilitation by providing a variety of day-to-day physical, emotional, and social supports, advocacy, life skills assistance, information, resources, and demonstrations.
