Job summary

McGill University is seeking a part-time Lifeguard for the Memorial pool. The role includes opening/closing the pool, setting up equipment for events, and maintaining safety through constant patron surveillance.

You will provide emergency care until EMS arrives and help maintain a clean pool area and office space. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma, 1 year related experience, NLS lifeguarding certification and Standard First Aid C.

Responsibilities

• Keep office, equipment room and pool area clean and organized.
• Inspect first aid kits weekly and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Assist with occasional administrative tasks.
