Responsibilities
- Identify program needs and participate in developing life plans.
- Provide case management, advocate for individuals, and liaise with professionals.
- Deliver life skills training and emotional support to individuals.
- Maintain documentation and monitor finances for individuals supported.
- Guide part-time staff as needed.
