Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Conversion Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience with Vantage/wmA is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Universal Life and Traditional Life products.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze legacy system structures and define requirements for data conversion.
  • Support Mainframe-to-Cloud migration initiatives.
  • Define and document data mapping specifications for migration.
