Overview

Globe Life AO is expanding North American operations with entry-level positions in insurance enrolment representation and sales management. Industry experience is not required as we provide industry-leading training and support. This is a 100% commission role with first-year agent averages of $60,000-$90,000 and $125,000+ in the second year, based on sales results. The program offers extensive bonuses with tenure and incentive trips paid by the company. Passport ready!

Globe Life representatives develop long-term relationships with clients and meet them where they are most comfortable — in their home or virtually on Zoom. Globe Life AO has served working-class families since 1951 with life, accident and supplemental health products.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
  • Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefit packages over Zoom
  • Completing applications for insurance products
  • Report daily numbers and attend training classes
  • Completing tasks for underwriting to approve coverage
  • Distributing enrollment materials and determining eligibility
  • Handling incoming customer service calls
  • Dispatching incoming customer phone calls
  • Accepting and returning customer calls
  • Responding to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests
  • Creating and explaining individualized policies via our needs analysis system
  • Working with management to stay up to date on new products, services and policies
