Job summary

TEN Canada Ltd. is seeking a Trailer Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a diverse trailer fleet in Moncton, NB. You will work to ensure quality workmanship and safe operation of equipment, with opportunities to train apprentices and advance your skills.

The position offers an afternoon shift, a competitive hourly wage starting at 25.00–30.00 CAD, and a signing bonus of 2,500 CAD plus generous benefits including medical coverage and allowances.

Qualifications

• Is competent in their trade and/or holds a valid provincial certificate of qualifications in the trade.
• Experience in a similar field will be an asset.
• Experience in Fabrication, welding, and/or Tailgate repairs is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of ABS diagnostic software.
• Ability to lift up to 85lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and repair; ensure work on trailers is completed as 'quality work'
• Performs preventive and scheduled maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to the manufacture’s specs
• Write explanations of work performed, review work orders
• Train Apprentices as required

This Trailer Service Technician position requires you to perform a full range of on-site services, from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs.
