The Opportunity

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) acts as the key communication contact between management, residents, and their families, contributing to patient care and safety. They play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of residents, monitoring their conditions, and providing compassionate and skilled care.

What You Bring
  • At least 1 year of experience working with seniors
  • Demonstrated excellence in dementia care and interpersonal skills
  • Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program
  • Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the provincial College of Licensed Practical Nurses
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider certification
