The Opportunity

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) acts as the key communication contact between management, residents, and their families. They contribute to patient care and safety, playing a critical role in ensuring the well-being of residents, monitoring their conditions, and providing compassionate and skilled care.

• Work within your full scope of practice
• Become part of a resident- and family-centered environment
• Join an interdisciplinary team involved in best practice programs
• Make a difference daily by enriching the quality of life for the aging population

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience working with seniors
• Demonstrated excellence in dementia care and interpersonal skills
• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program
• Active or eligible registration and practice permit with the provincial College of Licensed Practical Nurses
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider certification
