The Opportunity :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role will serve the community of care at Human Services, Grimshaw, Alberta.

Role Summary :

The LPN is responsible for ensuring top resident care with a focus on time management.

We are seeking candidates interested in :

Nights - 19:00-07:15

• Delegate tasks to Care Partners following standards

• Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and external partners
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and families
• Participate in ongoing education and compliance with regulatory standards

Foundational knowledge and experience :

• Graduate of a recognized LPN program
• Registered and in good standing with CLPNA
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector
