Your Role as an LPN
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll be an integral part of the care team, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of residents. Your responsibilities include :
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on personalized care plans
- Monitoring and documenting residents’ health and well-being
- Educating residents and families on healthcare needs
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Qualifications
- BCCNM Registration: Active and in good standing
- First Aid Certification: Occupational First Aid Level 1
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective and compassionate
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive Attitude: Fun and caring personality
