Location: In-Person, Comox Valley and Surrounding Communities

Job Type: Part-Time / Full‑Time

Salary: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week

Your Role as an LPN

• Performing nursing skills including assessments, wound care, spinal cord management, specialized skills with additional training as set out in the BCCNM College guidelines.
• Conducting nursing assessments and clinical care planning.
• Monitoring client health and updating care plans as needed.
• Supervising and mentoring Care Pros on medically delegated tasks.
• Conducting quality assurance visits and care consultations.Educating families and clients on medication, chronic conditions, and safety.
• Ensuring compliance with WorkSafe BC and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current and active LPN license in British Columbia.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable with documentation and electronic health records.
• criminal background check.
• Able to lift 25 lbs as required for client care tasks.
• Must have a Class 5 Driver’s Licence, own vehicle, and valid auto insurance.

Schedule

Part‑time: Flexible. Shifts available between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Evening 7-9 pm.

Occasional attendance for training sessions, meetings, or client emergencies may be required.
