Express Healthcare Staffing collaborates with numerous medical facilities throughout rural Alberta and is seeking Travel Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with experience in the Operating Room (OR).

What We Offer

• $50 hourly rate
• $75 per day diem
• Accommodations, flight, and rental car provided
• License reimbursement (conditions apply)
• Excellent referral program

We offer a $100 Fast Start Bonus for credentialed nurses who pick up 3 shifts within 7 calendar days of starting the credentialing process, plus a $250 referral bonus (conditions apply).

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years recent paid work experience in the Operating Room
• 2 years of acute care or ER experience
• Operating Room Technician (ORT) certificate
• Preferred experience in rural or small-town hospitals
• Provincial license or ability to attain one in Alberta
• Effective communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent observation, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility for scheduling
• Connect Care training is an asset
