Fraser Health is seeking an LPN to join Ridge Meadows Hospital in Maple Ridge. You will provide nursing care within the full scope of practice, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help create and update care plans while supporting patients and families in a community-focused environment.

Under the direction of the Manager, Clinical Operations or designate and in collaboration as a member of a multidisciplinary team; performs assessments, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care. The LPN operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), and according to agency operating policies and standards and unit specific protocols.
Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
