AgeCare Brandt's Creek Mews in Kelowna, BC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on a casual basis. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide planned, patient‑centered nursing care and contribute to care plans and documentation.

You bring a Practical Nurse Diploma, current registration, 3+ years in seniors’ health, CPR, and proficiency with MS Office. You’ll lead with trust, respect and teamwork in a supportive, community‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Practical Nurse Diploma required.
• Current registration and membership in good standing in applicable Province.
• 3+ years of experience in seniors’ health.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and medication/treatment administration.
• Develop and document care/service plans, assessments and updates.
• Participate in resident care conferences and coordinate transfers/moves.
• Collaborate with Director of Care to facilitate move-ins/outs and transfers.
