AgeCare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Kelowna. Reporting to the Director of Care, this role delivers planned, patient‑oriented nursing care in line with provincial standards.
You will work with an inter‑professional team to implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring accurate documentation and communication. Responsibilities include resident care, meds/treatments, conferences, and supporting move-ins, transfers and care conferences.
