Providence Health Care in Vancouver is seeking an LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents under supervision of the Resident Care Manager. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and families and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to create a home-like environment.
The role requires BC LPN registration, CPR certification, and the ability to prioritize and organize work in a rotating days/evenings schedule.

LPNs in long-term care have the unique opportunity to build deep and lasting relationships with residents/families/caregivers, collaborate with a compassionate and knowledgeable interdisciplinary care team, and contribute to an overall sense of "home" for residents.
